Not even 1 phone call. They are arrogant, useless, idiotic, imbeciles. I dare say, FNB you are reaching lower and lower in the pits. I thought you couldn't get worse, but hey you have proved me wrong. SA is bogged with *********** staff and reached new heights (lows) of sewer problems all over. Do you borrow the same workers from them because, congratulation... you have reached sewer levels too!!! I clearly said it was A NEW ***** CASE!!! I clearly mentioned the TIC and yet NO ONE has called me. I am leaving overseas in a few days and I cannot use my card and have no cover. YOU ARE LOWER THAN THE PITS!!!!
