*********** stuff

I used my card for payment at a store and the initial swipe was declined due to the machine losing its network, the card was then swiped again and it went through, funny enough both swipes went through for the same amount, making the transaction double. I reported the matter on the 26 of Sept at the store and later to Premium Banking contact centre on the same day. I was told that the money would reverse itself and I must not worry. I went to the Branch in Ghandi Square on the 29th of Sept, a lady by the name of Ntombi, was the one who attended to me at the time. She made me fill a form and I signed it, she promised feedback by the end of the day, nothing came from her. I went on 1st of October to make a follow up since FNB failed to provide it, I was told she is not at work. I took up the matter with her manager, Vusi Mahe, who then told me that my form is missing. Asked him to make a follow up on the matter, no fruits came out of it. I went again today, he called the card disputes centre and I was not help as well, ended up in the investec call centre. Im So sick of FNB, all I want is my money, its not theirs, ill be closing the account after getting my cash.
