How can I help you? Fnb's logo.First over a month I have been trying to get FNB to reverse 2 dispute amounts .On 2 occassions I was promised it will be reversed.Still nothing. At every communication a different staff member sents a different reply with a different excuse.The excuses has no substance. It's my money and all iam asking is for FNB to reverse.I supp**** them with everything they asked. Fnb made false promises and pushed up my hopes. just to tell me....unfortunately not... Irs unprofessional and i am a very unhappy client. Cannot understand why it's such a big issue to reverse the much needed funds.
