I am trying to change banking details from one FNB account to another, and seems as if no one knows how to do that, called the number at the back of my card each person I spoke to wants to transfer call ended up waiting on the phone for an hour. Then tried via online banking same story each agent wants to transfer me to a different department.this service sucks
