*********** Staff at Private Wealth Banking Suite

I have an account with FNB and all is in order in terms of FICA etc which was also confirmed by FNB with renewal only due in November. I constantly get SMS's from FNB each to say download the app and update your details by 05 June to remain complaint. I have been told by the Private Banker and her assistant all is in order and the SMS is a an error. Its is an error when you get once or twice not every flippin week. Emails are sent to the private banker and the manager of the private banking team but no response is received. Makes me wonder why we are being the monthly fee for *********** staff and manager.
