banking with FNB is just a headache, and been the private banker is a day light ******* because still you have to be on the line for more than 20 min to get help. I called FNb today just to find out why there was interest and service charged from my revolving credit account and the private banker told me i am the wrong department since then i was put to 4 more people which the last one was Jabulile mntambo who she was so lost until i ask her to call me, as i was writing this I have been holding on for 5 min already. Like i said been a private banker at FNB is a day light ******* as you will be paying for the monthly fee you don't get a service for.
