*********** staff and incorrect information to customers

They say one can open an account online and you won't have to go into the bank. All my documents were submitted and I got the card. To me everything was fine. From July until October 2018 I have not been able to use the card. I went to the bank twice and no one was able to help or tell me why the card was not working. I went to an ATM to try withdraw money in the card just to find out that my account was Frozen. Why and how I didn't know. Yesterday I was told that I had to come to the bank for them to verify that I was the account holding and the ban to be lifted after I opened the account. The two times I was at the bank, my fingerprints were taken but no one lifted the ban on my account. From July to October I have been charged fees on an account which was frozen. Now I'm told that the charges are an electronic transaction and even if the account is Frozen I still pay for fees. On an account I can't use because the people who work there were ***********??? Really!!! I have paid up to R750 on bank charges in an account I could not use because the bank had *********** people helping me. I refuse to have my money taken in that way. I worked for it.
