*********** staff and app message is just nonsense no help whatsoever

I did a immediately payment to my capitec account an amount of R5000 today at 7:55 and I havent received that cash. I called I was advised it will reflect after 12pm. Its after 12 I haven't received it. I called them twice a call was dropped decided to go to the secure messaging no help. No one bothered to call me back. Now my debits will return unpaid and will have bank charges.Can my account be closed please asap nxa.
