I have been a loyal customer for FNB for over 6 years but the treatment I got today made me want to switch Banks. I app**** for a loan and qualified for R70000 on the internet. I wanted to reduce the price and I had technical clich?s. I went on the website again thinking I will be able to pick it up and to my surprise it gave me the *** number with ref to call. I did call the number this morning but unfortunately I spoke to 3 consultants in 3 different Depts. from that number. Neither of them were able to assist. I need my loan application to be processed or cancelled on their system today, I will take my business elsewhere.
