Kgosi, Zoleka, Kgosiyani and Judie!!!!!!!!! Being transfered to pillar to post is not on!!!! I requested a downgrade 6 months ago to easy acc on the app and it was done and I accidentally updated to a gold acc via your stupid app and Kgosi upgraded me to a premier and back to a gold acc and confirmed the easy acc can only be done by gold dept. Easy refers to gold, gold refers to cancel, cancel refers to credit, credit refers to personal, personal refers to premier. Does anyone know what their doing??????!!!!!!!

07 Oct 2020, 14:21It took a hello Peter complaint to get your attention. My worry is that 5 people could not get it right, instead, each person passed the buck to the next and a so called "banker" on your so called banking app. Your SL sucks and someone needs to relook at your current SLA.
