*********** staff

FNB in Mahikeng cbd is just full of *********** staff. I am working in an insurance company, we send clients on a daily basis to go for bank statements, estate late accounts and such. How are they unable to provide the best service FNB boasts about?

1. If a client is opening a new account and is required to bring in a bank statement, how are they unable to print a confirmation letter? I would think that is obvious honestly

2. Estate late accounts? Which company do they think will accept estate letter that does not have a BANK STAMP???

They need training or some common sense.

They just want to get rid of clients, not provide the most help. FNB how can we help you? Help us by teaching your staff to just provide the best service, quality is better than quantity.
