Khanyisile from Debit order dispute team cannot read to understand.My debit order dispute was resolved and I sent her my refence number but she keeps coming back to me saying I need to wait for 40 days.I will be closing this account because FNB are robbing people as we now need to wait for our money while they get the interest on it and yet we need to pay a monthly account fee.BULL****

29 Dec 2022, 08:31How convenient that FNB has not schedule my payment as yet.I received a call to say that the BI team has not received my file to make payment so another day goes by whereby I now need to wait for my money while FNB enjoys themselves so much a bank for the people.You have lost me and many of my friends and family as I will advise them to close their account.FNB Sucks
