*********** service from FNB
I did a joint application to refincance my house with FNB on my name and wife only to find that the registration can't go through as the house is only in my name, I then app**** for the bond in my name only and the approved amount was not enough, so I asked to continue with joint application and they said it'll take 3 days to complete but instead it took about 2 weeks. Through out that two weeks the consultant I was dealing would never call to give me any feedback or any new developments on my application, I had to to call him several times before I could get hold of him and sometimes he doesn't even n call me back, now that bond is finally approved and with the registration attorneys but they can't register it because the paper work from the bank states the suburb "Spruitview" as one word and the deeds office has it registered as two words. The registration attorneys have asked for the bank to make ammendments for the paper work from the bank to say the same as the deeds office and it's been a full week but it is still not sorted and no one responding to us. This has been the most tedious, terribly frustrating experience I've ever had. The consultant I dealt with at FNB is Anthony and the bond registration attorney is Tracey Williams.
