I am not getting help in terms of my refund on my home loan they double debited me from the subsidy and the bank for the past 3 months from June, July and August please help me to get my money today because I'm struggling to survive my with my family am unable to pay school fees , other accounts has been in arrears due to this inconvenient situation. I couldn't get help completing all the forms or documents for reversal everyday but i couldn't get help since from June. The Home loan department is sending me from post to pillar and I am not getting any joy from the service I have been receiving. I am really gatvol with this service.
