*********** Secure Chat Agents

I joined FNB in the last couple of months and have chatted to about 5 agents via the Secure Chat function. They were all absolutely useless and could not help me with anything. What irritates me more is that when they don't know the answer, they probably just leave the conversation as I always get a message saying "lost connection" or something like that. I just took out a cheap plan with the possibility of maybe moving my main account to you guys but definitely not after this poor service!
