<p>Me and my son app**** for a FNB student Loan ALMOST A MONTH AGO!!!!!! 2 weeks after I app**** I called the lady that helped me to find out what is happening but someone else answered and helped me and apparantly the one that originally helped me, Nothando Madlabane, DID NOT do the application. FNB has always been nr 1 with client help and services, now Nothando Madlabane comes and throws that all away.... The other lady said they will look into it but still nothing, a month later nothing, not even a email saying they are still prosessing my application. Pathetic. I dont have all the time in the world. But please dont bother to call me NOW to help me anymore, Nedbank heped me.</p>
