I lodged a complaint 2 weeks ago, was contacted, problem was not solved FNB ref no 647943. Lodged a complaint last week as well, asked to be emailed with a response - nothing. FNB ref no 652559. Nobody at FNB seems to help me to make an arrangement for payment on a temporary loan. SO FNB, STOP TO SEND ME SMS,S. STOP THREATHENING ME, YOU CAN NOT EVEN SOLVE YOUR OWN MIS COMMUNICATION AT HEAD OFFICE.<br> Email me with a response this time please.
