I have been trying to get in touch with *** to get the bond included in debt review, but there has been no response. Instead lawyers are contacting me after I have agreed to pay the amount, which leaves me with no money to go to work or to eat. You don’t help customers, you suck them dry. Your motto should be “how can we suck you dry”. I came to you guys when I got retrenched and paid in advance, I also came to you to let you know that my situation hasn’t changed and if I could extend the years, but you couldn’t assist me as I was told that can’t be done on the Smart Bond. I paid the bare minimum that I could to show you that I am aware of my debt but still you decided to not assist me but rather to take me to lawyers. I am trying to rectify the amounts because I don’t have the lump sum you want, but you don’t want to include in the debt review. Right now you also included lawyers fees twice on the account of which you didn’t proceed with the first court date and now you are charging me again for lawyers fees cause you want to continue and take my home. I’m only getting R12000 and you want me to pay R11000 for the bond. What will I eat, how do I get to work to pay you the money you want? How do I bath and look presentable to pay that money you want? I couldn’t go on with the initial debt review ad I didn’t have enough money for the deduction
