I'd like to lay a formal complaint on one of your investigating offices named Mitchelene Louw.

The simply refuse to reply to emails and answer calls even when they have been provided with proof or legitimate banking activities. Emails and calls go unanswered and for the 4th day my account has been blocked even though i gave them proof as they required that everything is sorted and legit.
