I am not satisfied with Zanele Mosae's service, a home loan consultant at fnb, she doesn't follow up nor respond to emails, i visited the branch today and they called her and she said she didn't receive any documentation from me, which is not true, the lady at the bank emailed everything to her and i also emailed her. I was really hoping to do business with you but not anymore and i wouldn't recommend FNB to anyone.
