*********** ***** division 2021

A little more than a year ago i switched to fnb. The first year was great, but right now i am so mad and upset. My debit card was ****** 3 weeks ago. I stopped it immediately on the app, phoned the *****line but still, 3 weeks later transactions are still going through. My account is at MINUS R7.5 for transactions at a toll gate, then fnb has the AUDACITY to add bank fees of fkn R2300 since my account is a minus. I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN OVERDRAFT FACILITY!!! I have been to the bank twice regarding this and phone the *****line DAILY but same story, they will log a complaint. I WANT ANSWERS RIGHT AWAY!!!
