*********** FNB / TRANSUNION
In Nov 2018 I paid up a loan. When I app**** for a mortgage in Aug 2019, this very loan reflected as outstanding on ITC....FNB never removed this from my profile at Transunion. FNB is not assisting in rectifying this issue either..... They say I should "check with Transunion again" because according to them the account has been closed on 27 Aug 2019..... So the account I settled in NOVEMBER 2018 has only been closed in AUGUST 2019...but they do not do ANYTHING to speedily rectify the problem????? FNB continues to disappoint me since 2001!!!!! Together with FNB, Transunion is also not reacheable if you are abroad. I have been trying endless times and ways to contact them but they are not reacheable!!!!
