*********** FNB Software!!!!!!!!!!
FNB is lacking commitment and cant perform on their services 1) I have been battling to get hold of my Credit Card, I have arranged with the PW Office in Vereeniging to have it delivered to their Office Since the prefered Courier (CCD Couriers) can't deliver either. CCD Couriers had my PW Check Card for moer than a month in their posession, now I have to battle to get my Credit card. I have tried to Log onto My Business Online Account (Via my Laptop) at least 20 Times this Morning (Uathorization process did not complete. Please try again later.
This is month end and FNB is asusual totally in effective??????

FNB didn't resolve the BOL Issue.
I still can't log in on my Business Account via my Desktop PC.
I have tried 3 different Desktops.
The FNB App Software is recent.
I have Spoken to the Call centre *** They couldn't resolve the issue.
I have sent many messages to the Consultant at FNB Sasolburg that facilitated the Business account and called her a few times, seems that FNB support is just a rumour.
Today is month end I need to Pay salaries, FNB cant deliver on any of their so-called services.
As for the Credit Card Issue mentioned above: FNB refuse to transfer my card from one branch (In the centre of Vereeniging Slums) to the Business/PW Branch in Drie Riviere Vereeniging.
I need a number/Person from FNB whom my employees can phone regarding the non payment of their Salaries, this Person will then explain to them why FNB cant process their salaries.
This FNB venture is becoming a serious nightmare!!!!
