*********** FNB ***** department

Called in FNB ***** last month to dispute ********** debit order had to wait until I spoke to 6 different people , when I finally got to the person they told me they will investigate. There was not even a email nor a reference number sent. This month again the same debit order went off. So what did I report , people are highly *********** in FNB ***** they don't want to protect us , so that means anyone can go into account and take money even if you report it to FNB ***** , friends reading this you should be very scared . Imagine ***** goes down and nobody wants to help you nor show interest . I will definitely be moving my business away from FNB I don't feel safe
