Two months ago, I got a call from Brooks and Luyt attorneys, who were sent by FNB because my account was in arrears. I had spoken to many consultants and finally reached an agreement that I will make a payment of R2300 per month for my loan. last month I got 3 separate debit orders that amounted to R3489, of which was not the agreement and I reversed those payment because nobody told me about that. I make another payment arrangement with your attorneys and they get it wrong again! Now this is frustrating because I set a budget and have things to pay and do. I want my money refunded back into my account and will only be doing EFT payments because you guys aren't getting right at all Please have this fixed urgently
