*********** EMPLOYEES FROM THIS BANK TRYING TO ***** MY MONEY!!!

I opened an account on Friday and the person who was opening it for me gave me an Fnb SIM card saying that it would allow me to have better access to FNB If I needed help. What she didn’t tell me is that this is a whole subscription that would charge me monthly. She said nothing but “use this if you need to call us; you don’t even need to sit in the queues when you call in advance via this SIM card.” I have been unable to cancel this and money was taken from my account for “MVNO PTRL” I want the refund and to cancel that SIM card. I called Fnb and the consultant said that they canceled the subscription and that the SIM card will remain active as a prepaid sim. I don’t want that. I want that SIM card deactivated but he wouldn’t listen to me. When I check my Fnb app it still says that the subscription is active and will be billed to my account in April meaning he never cancelled that subscription like I asked. That’s horrible cause clearly he wasn’t bothered enough to respect my wishes. Highly disappointed because I expected so much better from this bank.
