*********** Employee and a bank that is not undersatnding

Hi Have just spoken to an extremely rude Employee of FNB. FNB decided to run thei debit order on the before i get paid. now my account is in arrears. ive requested numerous times that should the pay day falls on a Sunday, they should please debit the day after pay day. I have to now pay extra 115 every month for the debit order that bounces because FNB debits on the wrong day. Furthermore, Noxolo Mandela was extremely rude and demanding and not understanding what the bank is doing to my credit name.
