I registered a new homeloan and part of the deal was 40% back in ebucks on the 1st payment. When half the amount got credited to my account I queried it. They said that it was on the R9299 bond repayment (old bond) vs the R15764 1st payment on the new bond. I have sent many emails and spoken to the call centre but no matter what I do they insist that they paid out correctly.
