Home affairs passport application done and paid for online,scheduled an appointment and got confirmation for 9AM FNB LIFESTYLE ...i stay in Katlehong ,wasted my time and fuel for a booking that was confirmed only to get there and the branch was closed !!!!!!! called the FNB helpline ,a helpful Lady by the name of Lebogang assisted ....was ****ed off to hear from Her that this was a system glitch /?! ...*** ,FNB is online survey ...only got an apology no manager was at work to assist . time wasted never regained ,money too. i need this sorted out ASAP !!!!
