This pathetic bank freezes my kid's FNBy account every 2 weeks and I have to run after them to fix it. Branches can't help, call centre agents try and fail and I get told the KYC department is to fix it...I am tired of speaking to that department to sort this out...This bank just needs to shut their doors.....
