My credit card has been paid up. I have sent through the proof of payment and paid up letter numerous times. FNB says my account shows as prescribed which it cant as I have paid it, They have now yet again updated my credit profile saying my account is in arrears.

I have asked you nicely previously, Please clear my credit record now!
