*********** ******

<p>I tool out an FNB sim on prepaid, a few months later i accpeted the contract offer. It went bad, the sales agent didnt capture the correct agreement. I got annyoed and it was sorted, or so i thought. I am now charged for cancelation fees which i was not told about. I called the call centre, spoke to Anele who promised me feedback within 48hrs. I knew not trust her words, FNB is amazingly *********** at keeping their end of the deal. To this day no one has called me back. I want to cancel and port but i cant do that until they sort out the charge on my account bacuse i cant load airtime. So much for "how can we help you"</p>
