I've been having the worst experience with FNB since I have joined this bank last year. I recently app**** for a Aspire Credit Card, but i got a credit card with a higher monthly fee, then i phoned to downgrade the card and i was told they qould phone me back within 7 working days.... its been 15 working day today and im still waiting on that call
