*********** consultants and customer service

I purchased two devices from FNB in February and on the 30th April 2015 I spoke to a consultant to take up insurance for these devices. I agreed to a fee of R159 for the ipad and R103 for the Samsung A5, on the 5th May 2015 I received my policy docs which had pro rata fees for each device of R325,31 ipad and R438,24 for the A5. I sent a query on this and only received a response on the 20th May when I sent a follow up email with a threat. I received a response from a Mr KHAN UZIR who investigated and found that the consultant had put the effective date as march( which I consider *****) instead of may of 30th April, he also sent me updated documents of which at the end of the email warned that if I am debited incorrectly they would refund. I sent an email immediately asking why this would be so if they have corrected the everything- NO RESPONSE. On the 26th I was debited R763.55 then two weeks later only received R226 refund, when I queried this there was no response. then I sent an online complaint of which a consultant sent me a bunch of screen dumps without phoning or explaining what was going on. I AM FURIOUS with the service I have received and hope someone will here me out
