<p>I sent an email on the 17th June asking that an incorrect transaction be reversed. Verona Blom rep**** by the 19th with forms and details I had to submit. </p> <p> </p> <p>I sent through all the required documents and to date, I still haven't received any response. No updates, nothing. I am really infuriated by this and find the silence disrespectful.</p>
