I hereby write this with great frustration , the level of lack of communication and efficiency I have received from Fnb is heart breaking. I had placed my funds with the aim to get some profile from it only to find that when it matured it was reinvested with any communication from the bank side that they will be doing so as they normally do. When I want to move the money I have been informed that I must pay a penalty fee of +/-R7000 of which is an unreasonable fee because this would mean I have gained absolutely nothing for investing the capital. I have placed my complaint with their complaints desk no one had even acknowledged the request or called to find out what is happening. This is my last cry and hoping to get assistance
