*********** CALL CENTRE STAFF!!!
As always I am faced with FNB *********** call centre staff when calling to your call centre. I WAS HOLDING FOR OVER 10 MIN THIS WOMAN THEN TAKES MY CALL AND STRUGGLES TO GRASP WHAT I WANT. THEN SHE TELLS ME TO HOLD FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MIN. AT THIS POINT I AM HEAVILY IRATE AND REPEAT WHAT I NEED HELP WITH SHE THEN TELLS ME TO HOLD AND PUTS ME BACK IN THE QUEUE. FNB DO YOU WANT TO KEEP CUSTOMERS OR GET RID OF THEM???? PLEASE PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR CALL CENTRE STAFF AS I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE WHENEVER CALLING IN!!! GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME IN ORDER OT ASSIST ME I AM SO UPSET RIGHT NOW.
