*********** Business Banker - Mr Grantham Kemsley
Good day, I would like to bring to your attention the Appalling service and communication from business banker, Mr Grantham, Kemsley. I have to keep following up for feedback. I also have not had a visit from him since the opening of my account of which I was assured that FNB Business Bankers would do. I would request someone more competent as I do not have the level of comfort that Mr. Grantham, Kemsley will assist me when needed.

24 Oct 2022, 11:21Business Banker Grantham, Kemsley is of no help at all. One Liner emails, never met the person since banking with FNB. Can never get a hold of him. Please can I have a Business Banker that will attend to my needs!
