*********** Bank to provide Loans

FNB Loans are horrible and not equipped to loan people money and the loans department is not trained or competent to do their work.

I have app**** for a personal loan which I have been pre-approved for a large amount of money R 300 000.00 to be exact, however this is not the amount I then app**** for.

I app**** for a way lower amount and got approved for this amount I app**** for. The FNB sales agent has gone through the whole loan application process with me. I was on a call for 30minutes for this whole process and as I stated I was approved, received the customer agreement on email and had to accept a debit order on my FNB app for the monthly loan repayment. The agent stated the money will reflect in my account with in 48 hours.

I waited for more than 3 days for my money so decided to call FNB to confirm why it is taking so long. After being on a call for a long time again, the FNB agent informed me my loan has been declined and this after I was pre-approved, then fully approved and had to accept a debit order. I asked why I was declined they had no answer for me just saying it is the system that declined me.

FNB also did not have the common CURTISY to contact me via email, SMS or call to inform me of the declined loan. 7 Days later I still have not received declined confirmation.

This is the BEST example of TERRIBLE service.
