I canceled my share builder account over a year ago, only to find that they have been deducting service fees from my easy account all this time. Tried to get help on secure chat, another useless feature of FNB. So you guys have callback services for sales to ***** our money but not for service? So why do we pay so much of banking fees? For mediocre and *********** service. I will be complaining to the ombudsman about this, as this is theft.
