*********** Bank - cancel my cards

I cancelled my FNB bank accounts before I even took possession of the cards. Now I'm getting final demand notices for banking charges. Charlene Dhayanand was supposed to sort it out but obviously has not. I will never consider FNB as my bank purely from how I have been treated and spoken to. Reverse all your charges and the so called fee for demand latter. I want nothing to do with FNB. I have all emails from months back stating just this
