*********** BANK AND DEBT COLLECTORS

Had a personal loan with FNB... It got handed over to debt colectors 2017. I made arrangements to pay it and did so for 5months then noticed that the amount was not decreasing and when i asked i was sent from pillar to post. I stopped paying as i saw it to be pointless. A few months later i was contacted again to make arrangements, this time i made a 3month settlement arrangement. The debt collectors (Debt-in) messed up badly. They would debt my account and then call to say they never received the funds and it was just painful. At some point FNB moved my acc from Debt-in to another company and then 2mins later back to Debt-in resulting in my arrangement falling away causing me to start the process all over again. Was called by debt-in for the 3rd time and made once more, a 3 month settlement arrangement. My account was debited once and then fnb moved my acc to another debt collector ONCE MORE CANCELLING MY ARRANGEMENT AND HAVING ME START ALL OVER AGAIN! Now, i would like to know if FNB wants this debt settled or are they just milking me for as much money as they can get out of me. And secondly, why must i suffer due to the incompetency and miscommunication of the agencies that they contract to do their work for them??? I need this debt settled and for FNB and Debt-in to stop making my life miserable.
