Firstly I need say, I regret the day i banked with this bank yhoooo, it's worse bank ever that anyone can choose to bank with. What's important with FNB is to take those expensive fees from your account, if maybe you will receive they service required they don't care. R240 bank charges for what to be wasted your time. It does not matter weather you go to Branch or you chat with consultants over the app, it's the same. I've been trying to close my account with this bank since the 7th of November 2022, till today I can't, yhoooo guys , I feel so sick , words can't even describe the way I am feeling right now. And I've been going to the bank like 3 times asking the to close the account, but evertime they will be a story , and i even mentioned that, i won't be paying more fees on this account because of your incompetence. The worse of all I payed may temy loan through the lawyer's, guess what's happens, the lawyer's pay the money back in to my current account, and all they say is sorry for the inconvenience. Whow I am so done with this bank.
