FNB is one of the biggest banks in South Africa but the service is very poor. I think that why most people move to other small banks. We've been waiting for an hour now still no service. About 4 counters are not available for use but they see that the bank is full. The management and Stuff of this branch are ***********. FNB Crompton street in Pinetown
