I'm here again writing another 1star review because my issue hasn't been entirely resolved, it has taken two reviews to get most things done but still FNB hasn't entirely resolved the loan issue. There's still R607 outstanding on that loan that should be on R0 and closed, I'm not going into detail about the whole issue. You can refer to my other case IDs to resolve this, fix it!

I received a response today from someone by the name of Tshepo Mosolotsane who clearly doesn't know what the hell he is doing and didn't properly research what is going on. My patience is running out with this goddam bank for **** sakes,I have been dealing with this for a month

The loan amount of R5,000 was paid out to your bank account on the 14th October 2019 and you return the funds the same day; however, on the 25th another refund of R5,607.78 was paid into your bank account. You then paid back the R5,000 back and there is still a 607.78 outstanding which you need to pay in order for us to close off the loan account." First of all, the loan that was paid out that day was in error because FNB systems duplicated a loan I app**** for, the money was put back the same ****ing day ! And fnb tried to do a reversal of R5000, my account was over
overdrawn for over a week which then caused overdraft fees of R607!!! That's what the R
607 is for TSHEPO because my account was overdrawn because fnb failed to fix their mess timely! Your error caused the account to be overdrawn!! I did three reviews for this to be fixed, there was no R5607 paid into my account on the 25th, research properly . Why would fnb pay twice under the same loan account? Does it make sense to you
You clearly didn't look through my other cases, This is so frustrating and has been unpleasant to deal with, I'm abroad and I can't just pick up the phone to call. How the hell can a simple issue drag on this long??? The R607 is from overdrawn fees because of an fnb error, they were supposed to be removed all together with the R5000 on the 25th when they were fixing my issue.
