*********** attorneys

I app**** for a extension on our home-loan and all was approved by FNB. FNB appointed an attorney from Denoons. FNB asked for the approved plans that I gave to them on 21 November anI recieved a comfirmation that the bond was lodged etc and that all was well from FNB as well as from the attorney at DenoonSampson & Ndlovu on 4 December 2017. Only after I contacted the attorney to ask where we are she rep**** to tell me that they are still waiting for the approved plans(which was sent to her AND FNB more that a week before) When I contacted FNB the consultant said he would escalate to his manager -which didn't amount to anything it seems- and that the "plans were not correctly loaded at the Attorneys", that FNB appointed!! I made arrangements in good faith with my builders after receiving confirmation that the bond was lodged(from the attorney and FNB) and now over the festive season with overdraft maxed due to payments I had to make I had to extend the credit limit on my credit card as well just to avoid defaulting on payments and paying the builders due to and FNB appointed attorney that I have to nag for information and seemingly does her work, but doesn't check to see if it is correct!!
