*********** assistance with problem

I settled and closed my revolving loan account on Saturday, 28 April 2018 and the account is no longer reflecting on my FNB banking profile.

FNB proceeded to deduct the premium of this loan on the 30th April 2018 even though the account is closed.

I phoned premier yesterday (1 May 2018) and explained the situation requesting the money be put back in my account as I have paid the settlement amount and the account is closed, the consultant proceeded to tell me that I must transfer the money back into my account once it reflects in the loan account!!!!!

THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED AND I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO IT ANYMORE!!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TRANSFER THE MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT?!

I need that money put back in my account asap!!
