Is there a -5 star button?

We have been struggling to clear a listing on ITC after settlement has been paid to FNB/hand over attorneys. This confirmation was sent to Transunion but not to the other bureaus and is still reflecting on my record.

This is affecting my business cash flow as the bank will not assist.

It has been an ongoing matter since June 2021. The 21 days has passed and now I have to wait another 21 days as you are *********** to assist.
