*********** and useless ***** report

What is the point of reporting ***** in your account if you are still going to loose the money and that money is not reversed to your account?On the 1st November R699 and R314,68 came out of my account to rain I reported this but nothing was done and my money was just gone like that.Yesterday I reported R324.43 and R48.05 from Koolpotz.com and my card was cancelled immediately but none of that money is back into my account.What is the point of all this reporting of ***** in our accounts when money cannot be reversed back yo our accounts, am so disappointed in your service.
