*********** and useless

This is by far one of the most useless and *********** banks I have ever used! I tried to report a ***** case to them, I held on for a lonnnng time but no one was able to help me. They useless when it comes to reporting serious matters like this. I wouldn't recommend them, in fact I'm changing banks for good!
